I recently had a wonderful weekend getaway at this hotel located in the heart of Panchgani. The recently renovated property really impressed me with its attention to detail. The rooms were clean and well-organized, with amenities like a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and a hairdryer. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of both the pool and the surrounding hills.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

The staff, especially the restaurant staff were amazing. The manager of the restaurant obviously takes great pride in the quality of the food served and his staff. I really loved their grilled cheese tomato sandwich. They have put a unique twist on this traditional standby. I had a minor medical emergency (kidney stone) and they immediately brought a car and driver who drove me to several different clinics and finally a hospital for the removal. The driver, Vaibhav was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and patient. Most of the staff were very solicitous on my return asking about my health and even preparing some rice and a meal for my fellow guest after hours.
The room was somewhat disappointing. We arrived during a late monsoon season and the room was very damp, the linen on the bed was damp and smelled mildly of mildew. The bathtub was nearly unusable do to low water pressure, rust, and the small size of the tub. The stopper leaked faster than you could fill the tub. There was NO hot water. We eventually used the coffee maker to get enough hot water in a bucket to take sponge baths. . It is possible our room was a fluke but I believe our room (the double premium) was representative of the other rooms. The hotel is quite remote and our driver had a hard time finding it even while on the cell phone with the hotel. The signposts are placed haphazardly at best. Seemingly attached to whatever tree or pole was handy regardless of whether it pointed in the right direction.

The hotel was ideally located in a serene area, surrounded by nature. the restaurant was easily accessible and offered a wide variety of Indian, Chinese, and Italian cuisine. the room was well-maintained, with modern amenities, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. the hotel provided several facilities like an indoor swimming pool, playroom, gym, and discotheque that catered to all age groups.
The staff behavior was not up to the mark, and they lacked empathy towards customer grievances.
